Book Tower's Roost Hotel and Apartments is nearly ready for guests. The hotel will have 117 guest rooms, ranging from studios to two-bedrooms, and reservations are available starting on June 1.
Roost is more of an extended-stay hotel, with rooms including kitchens, offices, and onsite laundry. Guests also have access to a large fitness room, a bike share program, and a 3,000-square-foot coworking space.
The rooms are on the pricier side. If someone was to come in for the Grand Prix next weekend for a Thursday to Sunday stay, it would be $563 per night for a one-bedroom apartment - although there is a 15% discount for paying when you book.
Bedrock is wrapping up an extensive, nearly $400 million restoration of the 1926 building. The building also has 229 apartments, retail, 3 restaurants, and event space. The first residents moved in this month.
The events program is called Anthology with the food and beverage team Method Co. The property has a variety of indoor and outdoor spaces that will be available in September. This includes a large ballroom for up to 300 guests, a lounge for up to 150 guests, and an activated alley behind the building.
